Terms & Conditions
Tickets for performances at Rhyl Pavilion Theatre are sold by Rhyl Pavilion Theatre on behalf of producers, promoters and event organisers, as well as for in-house productions.
The following terms and conditions apply to tickets sold :
Once purchased, no tickets will be exchanged or monies refunded.
No refunds will be offered, unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
No refunds will be offered based on quality of a performance.
In the event of a cancelled or abandoned performance, Rhyl Pavilion Theatre will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.
Rhyl Pavilion Theatre reserves the right to change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond its control. This includes non-appearance of any named artist. In these instances, Rhyl Pavilion Theatre is not obliged to refund the ticket or exchange for another performance.
Tickets will be sold at the current Box Office rate at the time of booking. Rhyl Pavilion Theatre reserves the right to change the price of any ticket without prior notice.
If tickets are purchased via a third party, then terms and conditions regarding refunds or exchanges are with the agent and not with Rhyl Pavilion Theatre. Rhyl Pavilion Theatre is unable to amend bookings made by agents.
Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.
The date and time printed on tickets should be checked carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.
Tickets cannot be re-issued if lost.
Ticket holders arriving later than the advertised start time, may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats. This may be the interval.
Any complaints relating to a tickets holder’s seating or ability to view a production must be made promptly to Rhyl Pavilion Theatre staff, either before or during the performance.
Rhyl Pavilion Theatre reserves the right to refuse a ticket holder admission to the premises or request a ticket holder leaves the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour.
Cameras, recording devices, glasses and crockery are not permitted in the auditorium.
On rare occasions, performances or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed. Buying a ticket affirms consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of ticket holders as members of the audience, and possible subsequent broadcasts / publication.
Mobile devices must be switched off or turned to silent at all times in the auditorium.
Rhyl Pavilion Theatre staff are available to enhance customer experience and to ensure the safety of patrons. Please follow any guidance given by staff, in relation to comfort and safety.
Any aggressive or abusive behaviour towards Rhyl Pavilion Theatre staff will not be tolerated and ticket holders behaving in such a manner may be asked to leave the Theatre.
Please be aware that for safety reasons and the enjoyment of all of our patrons, Rhyl Pavilion Theatre has bag searches in operation at some performances. Any alcohol not purchased on the premises will be confiscated.
Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Please contact the Box Office for further details.
Where age guidance is given, it is to assist in judging the suitability of a production. Such guidance may relate to themes of an adult nature, language, nudity or themes considered unsuitable for younger audiences.
In addition to tickets sold, Rhyl Pavilion Theatre may occasionally run special offers for patrons on the mailing list. The following standard terms and conditions apply:
Offers/discounts cannot be redeemed against tickets already purchased
Offers/discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
Rhyl Pavilion occasionally offers theatre tickets as competition prizes. The following terms and conditions apply:
Tickets are only valid for the date and show stated and cannot be exchanged
Competition prizes cannot be applied retrospectively
Prize tickets have no monetary value
