  1. By purchasing any ticket by telephone, at our Box Office or online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.
  2. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  3. Only customers holding valid tickets or e-tickets will be permitted to enter the auditorium.
  4. Discounts are available for shows as advertised. We reserve the right to introduce discounts and special offers at any time and these cannot be applied to tickets already purchased. You may be asked to provide proof of eligibility.
  5. Please advise the Box Office of any specific access requirements. Designated wheelchair spaces can only be booked via the Box Office.
  6. It is the nature of live performance that start and running times may vary. Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale, but due to the nature of live performance, changes may be unavoidable and no refunds or exchanges will be given.
  7. We are acting as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accept no liability for any losses incurred by the purchaser in the event that the event does not take place in whole or part.
  8. If a performance is cancelled, you may be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the face value of the ticket.
  9. For tickets purchased through a third party booking agent, the terms and conditions of the booking agent shall apply.
  10. Tickets must not be resold at a higher price than the face value of the ticket. Tickets re-sold at a higher price will be null and void and the ticket holder will be refused entry.
  11. Under no circumstances shall customers be permitted to sit in the aisles.
  12. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the premises, and to take action to enforce these rights.
  13. Bag searches are in place for selected performances and any alcohol not purchased on the premises will be confiscated.
  14. Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the auditorium.
  15. After the auditorium doors have closed, latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable point in the performance, and at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
  16. Age guidance may apply to some performances, which may relate to themes of an adult nature, language, nudity or themes that may be unsuitable for younger audiences.
  17. Unless otherwise, stated, the minimum age for unaccompanied children is 12 years old.
  18. Sound levels are monitored and enforced in accordance with the conditions of the licencing authority.
  19. Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud noises and gunshots may be used in some productions. Contact the Box Office or Duty Manager if you need more information.
  20. Photography and recording of any kind, including the use of mobile phones, is strictly prohibited within the auditorium.
  21. Performances and audiences may be filmed, recorded or photographed for broadcasting and/or publication purposes. By buying a ticket, you consent to be included in such filming, recording and/or photography.
