We hope you’re excited to join us for a great day of live music at Rhyl Events Arena! We ask for your co-operation and request you abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you:

THE BOX OFFICE
Is open from 3PM until 5PM on the day of the event and is situated at the entrance to the Events Arena. Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster right up to the event. You can get those here: Tom Jones Ticketmaster
DO’S & DON’T’S
Do use #TomJonesRhyl and tag us in your photos at @Orchard_Live on Twitter and Instagram.
Do allow ample time for your journey.
Do plan your travel in advance for event. There are planned road works in the are there may be a delay. You can view these at https://roadworks.org
Do tune in to local radio & check social media for the latest travel updates.
Do be patient.
Do arrive at the venue in good time prior to the start of the concert, due to additional security checks and other events in the area
Do check the weather and bring weather proof clothing if appropriate.
Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you.
Do look for official vendors and concessions stalls. Avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds.
Do leave the event quietly and please respect our neighbours
Do not bring a bag if you can possibly avoid it. If you must please don’t bring one larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
Do not bring anything that could be considered a weapon.
Do not bring any type of pyrotechnics such as fireworks, flares or sparklers.
Do not arrive with any form of professional audio or visual recording equipment.
Do not bring an umbrella to the event.
Do not bring dogs to the event (with the exception of assistance dogs).
Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle.
Do not bring furniture of any kind.
Do not bring food and drink into the event.

From the A55
Exit the A55 at Junction 27, following signs for A525 exit to Llanelwy/St. Asaph/Rhyl
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto The Roe/A525
Continue on the A525 towards Rhyl
Turn left onto Kinmel Street/A548
Turn right onto Bodfor Street
Continue onto Queen Street
Turn left onto West Parade/B5118
GETTING THERE BY BUS
Arriva Buses Wales run regular services locally and to nearby towns and villages – for route maps and timetables please visit www.traveline.cymru or download the free app on the App Store or Google Play.
GETTING THERE BY TRAIN
Rhyl Station is served by Transport For Wales trains and Avanti West Coast trains, with direct services from many mainline stations. Once you arrive in Rhyl, the Events Arena is just a short 10 minute walk away from the station. Tickets and Enquiries for all services: https://tfwrail.wales/
TAXI PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT
Taxis can drop-off on the promenade close to the Events Arena. Taxi ranks are situated at the Town Hall (on Water Street) and at the Railway Station.
This is a standing concert.
You are NOT permitted to bring camping furniture / deck chairs or picnic blankets.
Friendly stewards will be around to assist, accessible toilets plus an accessible viewing area are available. The event arena is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions. In consideration of other concert-goers umbrellas should not be used in the crowd; respect fellow concert goers space.
You are not permitted to bring food and drink to the event.
A range of catering, offering a variety of food and drink will be available within the event arena from the time the gates open.
You are permitted to bring in a sealed bottle of water
Standard and accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the event arena.
